I talked to her last night, she was having a shitty day. I tried to bring her out of it and I think I succeeded.

Then today I learnt she was in hospital. I don't know why. Her facebook status said she took heaps of anti-depressent tablets.

How could one of my best friends do this to herself and the people she loves? I just want to know if she's alright
